Mixed Ability Pilates

Each Pilates exercise and stretch is taught and demonstrated at a variety of levels to suit both the beginner through to advanced participants using resistance bands or small Pilates resistance balls to strengthen, lengthen and tone tight/weak muscles. This is a fun, relaxing, easy-to-follow session designed to tone your abdominals, strengthen your back, enhance your posture, reduce tension, control balance & increase flexibility too.  There is a happy mix of standing and floor work exercises for all abilities and levels.

Pilates Beginner /Intro.

The foundation level, learning the principles behind the technique combining simple movements to challenge the mind and body.

This class is also ideal for clients who require back care, rehabilitation and for clients who have joint issues. It is also an appropriate level for pre-natal (up to 20 weeks), post-natal (post 6 week check).


 Pilates Improver

This class takes Pilates to the next level where  the core stabilisers are challenged further with more progressive movements. In this class you also have the option of using small equipment. such as soft balls, resistance tubing and flex-bands. Please note prior knowledge of Pilates is essential.



Dance Aerobics


This class will keep you on your toes and have you learning how to shake your booty! It's a low impact workout that is suitable for anyone, will make you smile and improve your dance confidence! With various styles each week your should never be bored ! No dance experience needed, just a lot of energy and funky fun!

Salsa

Spice up your fitness and join me for a really fun & funky sizzling hot fitness-salsa class that will bring out the Latino in you!  Mambo's, Chasse's, Cha Cha Cha's, & Samba's will be fused together to create a fantastic dancey aerobic class to all your favourite Salsa tunes! 
 A great fun, (non partner) low impact workout that is suitable for anyone! Fitness has never been so much fun!


Disco

Do you LOVE music and dance?  Well, if you do then this class is for you!  A fun & funky class designed for fitness, energy and flexibility and all over body toning with easy to follow aerobics moves from Modern Street Jazz, Hip Hop, Funk and Groove.

Bollywood

Well what can I say! Fantastic modern Bollywood style pop music and moves to get you shaking and gyrating your hips! I have lots of scarves with coins sewn onto them, perfect to wear around your hips!

Street Dance

Ultra hip and trendy, this street dance style class will get your heart working and  tone your legs and butt! Packed with the wickedest and wildest moves, funky, hip-hop, MTV style moves suitable for both adults and teenagers! Inspired by break dance, electro and jazz fusion.


 Body Conditioning

A low impact / intensity fun workout which targets those problem areas. This class uses resistance tubing, flex bands, body weight, floor based exercises etc. An allover body workout including core/abdominal exercises. It is an ideal class for beginners and clients new to exercise.

Rave Aerobics

Bringing Ibiza to the  studio and getting the party started with pumping beats, lights and energy. Don't miss the ultimate rave workout!


 Stability Ball

The core stabilisers will be challenged to the max with a combination of Pilates and conditioning exercises on the stability ball. This class is a total challenge for the whole body.

A great sculpting and toning class for all levels.

You will need to bring your own ball or pre-order and buy one from Sam.


Dynamic Pilates Stretch

A rejuvenating workout including standing poses and stretches as well as floor work using elements of Pilates and yoga, designed to expand your mind-body connection. Develop proper body alignment, and flexibility focusing on the grace and extension of each pose. Increase your balance, strength, precision and flexibility with this challenging class!


Burlesque Chair Dance!

Take your self into the world of Burlesque combined with the chair as an essential prop... A fun sexy workout, challenging your leg muscles and making you laugh!
