Pilates Beginner /Intro.
The foundation level, learning the principles behind the technique combining simple movements to challenge the mind and body.
This class is also ideal for clients who require back care, rehabilitation and for clients who have joint issues. It is also an appropriate level for pre-natal (up to 20 weeks), post-natal (post 6 week check).
Pilates Improver
This class takes Pilates to the next level where the core stabilisers are challenged further with more progressive movements. In this class you also have the option of using small equipment. such as soft balls, resistance tubing and flex-bands. Please note prior knowledge of Pilates is essential.

A rejuvenating workout including standing poses and stretches as well as floor work using elements of Pilates and yoga, designed to expand your mind-body connection.
