Pilates Beginner /Introduction
The foundation level, learning the principles behind the technique combining simple movements to challenge the mind and body.
This class is also ideal for clients who require back care, rehabilitation and for clients who have joint issues. It is also an appropriate level for pre-natal (up to 20 weeks), post-natal (post 6 week check).
Pilates Improver
This class takes Pilates to the next level where the core stabilisers are challenged further with more progressive movements. In this class you also have the option of using small equipment. such as soft balls, resistance tubing and flex-bands. Please note prior knowledge of Pilates is essential.
Dancercise
This class will keep you on your toes and have you learning how to shake your booty! It's a low impact workout that is suitable for anyone, will make you smile and improve your dance confidence! With various different styles your should never be bored ! No dance experience needed, just a lot of energy and funky fun!
Spice up your fitness and join me for a really fun & funky sizzling hot fitness-salsa class that will bring out the Latino in you! Mambo's, Chasse's, Cha Cha Cha's, & Samba's will be fused together to create a fantastic dancey aerobic class to all your favourite Salsa tunes! Dance Aerobics, Tone and Stretch
If you want to have fun with Dance Aerobics and work your core muscles to combat the effects of excess weight gain, age related muscle loss and generally increase your total body fitness, then this class is for you! With a combination of 30 minutes fat burning Dance Aerobics, 10 minutes functional Fitness-Pilates/Fitness-Yoga based core conditioning & back strengthening exercises and 10 minutes Stretching all to upbeat motivational music!
