Together, we'll embark on a dynamic journey to release tight muscles, enhance daily movement, and restructure your body. This unique class combines Pilates core moves with applied clinical Myofascial principles, offering you a holistic approach to wellness. No matter your background or fitness level, this class is designed to cater to everyone. Whether you're a sedentary office worker, a long-distance fell runner, a golfer, a young mom, or enjoying retirement, I welcome you to join me on this path to self-improvement. In our sessions, we focus on the fascia lines that interconnect throughout your body. By activating each body line, including the deep and superficial back lines, the deep and superficial front lines, the deep and back arm lines, the back and front functional lines, and the lateral lines, we restore balance and harmony to your entire system. Together, we'll explore innovative techniques using prickle balls, foam rollers, and various stretches. Through compression, shearing, rebounding, and full-body movements, we'll create positive changes within your fascia. Dynamic, static, and pandiculation stretches will improve your movement patterns, and posture, and alleviate discomforts such as hip, back, and leg pain. Worried about equipment? Don't be! I'm here to guide you on using everyday items you likely have at home. Grab a softball or cushion, a stretch band, scarf, or rope, and a block or rolled-up small towel - these ordinary objects will become your tools for wellness. If you want to purchase new or gently used equipment, I'm happy to provide more details and assistance. No matter your ability or exercise experience, my classes are tailored to accommodate everyone. We prioritize joint mobilization, followed by stretching to a comfortable point that provides a good stretch without any discomfort or strain. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session, you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sam at Fitness Dynamics. To cancel a class, go as if to book the service on the website or App, and instead of 'Book' you will see 'Cancel'. All your bookings are available to see in your profile area. For any problems with cancelling or last-minute emergencies, please message Sam.
