Statement on Covid_19
For such a long time I wanted to offer you more than just face to face classes and the Covid_19 crisis gave me the push and motivation to bring you online classes and courses which have been up and running successfully since the end of March 2020.
You can prepare for joining live online classes by registering for free with Zoom Meetings online or on their free App! Many of you will be on Facebook and can, therefore, join my private group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/online.fitness.dynamics.wellbeing/
We also have a WhatsApp Health & Wellbeing group to socialise, share our exercise ideas and I’ll put some short videos and voice messages in there too. Please message me on WhatsApp 07886457563 to let me know you'd like to join the group and I'll put you in.
It's a scary time for us all and especially those that are more vulnerable in our families and society. Thank you for your support for my business so far, I'm aiming to offer you a fabulous service and support you to maintain your best emotional and physical health! If you work within the NHS your class membership is half price so please take up this offer. If you are struggling financially due to the repercussions of Covid-19 and its effects on your family income please ask me for a special rate for you, I want everyone to be able to continue, or start up regular fitness classes as it is all the more important now to protect ourselves with good self care, stress relieving activities and love. Covid_19 and Fitness Dynamics Classes
The government advice changes daily so please keep an eye on the website for future changes and the re-emergence of some face to face classes in the future. Please have a look at the TIMETABLE page for some details of my ONLIVE LIVE CLASSES and VIDEO LiBRARY which will be added to regularly!
The advice from the awarding body Exercise Music & Dance - EMD, is as easy as EMD UK...
E - Ensure you wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Please when you arrive for a class go and wash your hands for 20 seconds and repeat this before you leave too.
M - Minimise the use of equipment where possible and clean all equipment after use with anti-bacterial cleaner or wipes. You will need to bring your own mat and small equipment to classes. I can advise you of what is needed for each class if anything. I will be selling from home or class individual items of equipment and sets with discounted prices; I also have some new and used (clean) equipment for sale and will be adding items to the website as I can. Please ask if you are interested or would like recommendations of where to buy good safe equipment.
D - Distance: I will have to limit group sizes as advised to allow for a minimum gap of two metres between participants at all times. Please try to maintain this, it will be wonderful being able to still socialise with you all but we must put our own and each other's health first.
U - Use verbal cues instead of physical contact with participants to correct technique, I will do this and coach you into the moves and demonstrate as required.
K - Keep hygiene standards high - please carry anti-bacterial wipes and hand gel with you at all times. I will also have this in class but please bring your own if you have some.
I have done everything I can to set up online classes via online platforms such as Zoom, YouTube & Facebook for you, I am learning as I go and am offering more and more content all the time. Please come and try a class soon, it's great fun and we have a lovely social chat at the end for those who want to catch up, give feedback, or ask questions.
