Easily inflated by straw or directly by mouth or using a balloon pump. The soft ball is a fabulously helpful and effective peice of equipment to use in Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates and Conditioning training classes. Use the ball for support behind your back in seated exercises, between the knees for innerthigh and pelvic floor strength and hip stabilisation. It can be held during Pilates exercises to aid extension and focus and it can be placed under the hips when laying on your back as an unstable surface to work the deep core muscles, or between the thighs in side lying exercises. Lastly the ball can be almost deflated and used as a neck or lower back support.
