Classes are held in village halls across South Cumbria and North Lancashire, including:

Leasgill – Athenaeum
Silverdale – Gaskell Hall
Yealand – Yealand Village Hall
Arnside – Educational Institute
Milnthorpe – Christ the King Catholic Church Hall
Levens Hall – Outdoors under the large tent canopy (summer only)
Beetham School Field – Open air (summer only)

Each class is also streamed live on Zoom.

What are your online classes like?

Accepted Answer

Online classes are streamed live via Zoom. After booking:

Your Zoom link will appear in your Bookings area
You'll also receive a confirmation email with the link
Your camera remains off unless you choose to turn it on
Sam demonstrates live on the mat, just like in class

Can I join local classes instead of online?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Sam runs face-to-face classes in local village halls (see venue list). You can book to attend any class in person or join live on Zoom.

Local classes offer the benefits of movement and community connection. Every class includes clear guidance, encouragement, and support.

You’re also welcome to:
Switch between in-person and Zoom
Join a mix of classes that suit your goals and routine
Various payment plans are available for online or community classes, as well as combined plans and memberships.

Whichever way you attend, you’ll receive the same care and attention from Sam.
