Pilates and Fitness Weekly Classes Timetable

Class times and types will usually remain the same, although each week the classes may have a different focus.

I love to research, gain qualifications and CPD to develop and improve as an instructor. I always do my best to incorporate elements of the latest physiology, neurology and nutrition science, including fascial fitness, support for women in the peri/menopausal years and total wellness for longevity, etc. Please let me know if you have any requests for changes and improvements to the timetable.
