I support women and men who want to feel healthier, stronger and more comfortable in their bodies, especially during midlife and the menopause years.

My approach combines movement, wellness support and healthier daily habits in a realistic and supportive way. Together, we focus on improving how you feel physically and mentally, without extremes or pressure.

My background includes Pilates, fascia-focused movement, breathwork and wellbeing support, with a particular interest in posture, mobility, pelvic health and healthy ageing.

I believe wellbeing works best when we look at the whole picture. Movement, stress, sleep, nutrition, habits and nervous system support all play an important role in how we feel day to day.

Sessions are personalised to your needs and may include:

  • Pilates-based movement and strength work

  • Support with healthier habits and routines

  • Nutrition and wellbeing guidance

  • Breathwork and relaxation strategies

  • Mobility, posture and body awareness

  • Support through midlife and menopause changes

 

Whether your goal is to move more easily, improve confidence, feel more energised, reduce tension, or simply have support and accountability, sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Personal sessions are available:

  • Online via Zoom

  • In your home

  • In local village hall venues across South Cumbria and North Lancashire

 

One-to-one, partner and small-group options are available.
