Fitness Dynamics Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants will be asked to return a Physical Active Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to partaking in exercise, I will have these with me for you to complete, or please visit the Safety Info page to download a copy to bring completed to class

  2.  If certain physical conditions are highlighted in the PAR-Q questionnaire, you may be required to have medical clearance and physician’s consent form.

  3.  Payments can be made either via GymCatch or in cash. See GymCatch for all available class packages. Download GymCatch App for your mobile device here.

  4.  Ideally please book a minimum 2 hours in advance of your class. If you turn up without a prior booking there is a risk that the class may be fully booked.

  5.  Please inform the class instructor of absence, ideally via GymCatch ideally at least 2 hours prior to the class start time in order for the space to be released to someone else.

  6.  In the event that a class is full, Fitness Dynamics operate a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, you will automatically be sent a text once space in the class has become available; you will then be able to book your place.

  7.  Rates for Fitness Dynamics classes are subject to change.

  8. Class times and timetables are subject to change. Instructors will endeavour to run classes throughout all the local school terms and through at least 3 of the 6 weeks summer school holidays. There will be a two-week break at Christmas and any other breaks will be taken in the half terms and Easter holidays. There will usually be no classes on bank holidays. Annually classes will run for 45 weeks out of 52 and some classes may be more affected than others, for instance, Mondays due to bank holidays. Where possible, family commitments allowing, we will offer extra classes within the school holidays and these will be announced nearer the time, for example special candlelit Pilates and festive dance fitness classes at Christmas and Saturday summer outdoor boot-camp sessions when the weather warms up!

  9. Pilates Personal training packages are non-refundable and any cancellation requests will therefore not be guaranteed. Any requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis and accepted at the discretion of Fitness Dynamics.

  10. In the unlikely event of Fitness Dynamics being unable to undertake a planned class or session, you are entitled to attend any other class within a calendar month or a class will be credited back onto the class package or membership that you used to book.

  11. If you are on a monthly Bronze, Silver, or Gold package you may use your allocated classes at any time within the calendar month (from 1st payment date). If you purchase a 5 or 10 class bundle these can be used anytime within 2 and 4 months respectively. Please ensure you book your place in advance to avoid disappointment.

  12. If the venue is not available or accessible, Fitness Dynamics will always attempt to find an alternative venue or time to keep the class running. If the class is still running, all terms will still apply.

  13. Discounts will only be applicable within the time restrictions, or on specific offers as advertised by Fitness Dynamics.

  14. Free Taster offers are subject to change. 

  15. Participants are advised to wear appropriate sportswear and to bring water to sessions, as well as mats for Pilates and HIIT classes. Your own prickle balls are recommended for Trigger point Pilates.

  16. Participants have the right to terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time. You are in control of your workout. If the exercise is uncomfortable,  painful, or if you want to stop for any reason, you may do so. Fitness Dynamics will offer modifications to exercises to avoid exacerbating any known injuries or physical limitations.

  17. During fitness classes, all parents are responsible for the wellbeing and safety of any accompanied children.

  18. You will get from your workouts what you put in. Results from classes and Pilates Personal Training sessions will vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed. The participant is responsible for the decisions regarding whether or not to exercise consistently, eat healthily, rest enough, and live a healthy lifestyle.

  19. Please be aware that you take exercise at your own risk. Be aware of your surroundings, body and limitations (particularly if recovering from injury, pregnant, or postnatal) and please exercise as safely as you can. Please make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or injuries ahead of the class or session.

  20. From time to time, Fitness Dynamics may take photos and videos of classes or sessions for marketing purposes (website, newsletters and social media platforms). By booking and attending classes or sessions with Fitness Dynamics, you consent to these images or videos being collected, but members must inform the instructor in writing if they wish to opt out.
