One-to-one, partner, and small group Pilates sessions,

Whether you’d like a one-to-one session, to train with a partner, or as part of a small group, sessions are tailored to your body, your needs, and how you feel on the day.
 

What I offer

  • Personal Pilates (1:1)
    Fully personalised sessions to support strength, mobility, posture, and recovery

  • Pilates-Based Strength & Conditioning
    Pilates combined with resistance work and fascia/trigger point techniques to build strength and release tension

  • Small Group Sessions (2–3 people)
    A shared session with individual guidance, ideal if you’d like to train with a partner or friend

     

How sessions work

Sessions are designed to feel supportive, clear, and effective.

You’ll be guided throughout with:

  • individual attention

  • postural correction

  • safe, progressive exercises

  • simple strategies to support you between sessions
     

Location

Sessions are available:

  • in your home (within 20 minutes of Holme, Cumbria)

  • in local village halls (subject to availability)

  • online via Zoom

Wherever we work together, you’ll receive the same level of care and attention.
 

Pricing

Sessions from £50.

Pricing varies depending on session type, location, and whether sessions are booked individually or as a block.

Terms & Conditions​​​

Sessions are arranged directly with me and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Sessions are tailored to you and may include a combination of Pilates, strength work, mobility, and fascia or trigger point techniques, depending on your needs. ​ Fees include travel within a 20-minute drive from Holme, Cumbria. Sessions further afield may be possible by arrangement. ​ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be moved to another available time. Refunds are not normally given. Please let me know about any recent illness, injury, medical condition, or pregnancy before your session so exercises can be adapted safely. ​ I will only need to change or cancel a session if absolutely necessary. This is rare, and I will always do my best to offer a suitable alternative.
