Service Description
A friendly, relaxing and easy-to-follow class taught live online, designed to help you strengthen your core and back, improve posture, flexibility, and balance, and reduce stress — all from the comfort of your own home. We use a mix of standing and mat-based Pilates exercises, with clear guidance and demonstrations throughout. Sam offers modifications and progressions, so you can work at your own level — whether you're a beginner or more experienced. This low-impact class is suitable for all ages and backgrounds — including walkers, runners, postnatal mums, fitness enthusiasts, those recovering from injury, or returning to exercise. Pilates helps improve joint mobility, core stability, pelvic floor strength, and complements other forms of training. Each movement is taught at multiple levels, and you’ll have the option to use resistance bands or soft balls to help tone, strengthen and stretch tight or underused muscles. "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a new body." – Joseph Pilates 🟩 What You’ll Need for Your Zoom Class Please have the following ready if possible (or something similar from home): A mat (Pilates or yoga) A soft Pilates ball (or small cushion) A stretch band (resistance band, long scarf, or belt) A block (or rolled-up towel) Sam has a small number of new and good-condition used items available to purchase — ask for more details or visit the ‘Recommendations’ page on the website. ✅ Before You Start Make sure you have a safe and clear exercise space at home. Check for potential hazards such as pets, toys, loose balls, or uneven flooring.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policy If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the class start time, you will receive a credit back to the package or plan used, or you may reschedule into another available class. Credits for single-class bookings are applied manually. Please contact Sam at Fitness Dynamics if needed, or you may reschedule into another available class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or credit. How to cancel a class: Log in to the website or the Fit by Wix app, go to your profile area, and view your bookings. Select the class and click Cancel (this replaces the “Book” button once you’re booked in). If a class is full, you can join the waiting list via the app (not available on the website). If a space becomes available, you will be notified so you can book in. For any issues with cancellations or in the event of last-minute emergencies, please message Sam directly.
