Every year I hold a charity event to raise awareness and money for cancer charities, this year the funds raised will be shared between Breast Cancer Now and The Eve Appeal.
Join us on the 9th of October to raise money for people facing breast and gynaecological cancers. Having sadly lost two friends to breast cancer and experienced personally the fear and worry that came with my experience of 2 of the 5 gynae cancers, in my early 20's and again last year, I feel compelled to continue to raise funds and awareness about these cancers that are so often hushed and women left feeling ashamed when it's cancer and we need to be able to talk openly about it, give ourselves a break and encourage other people to be more relaxed when talking to each other using the correct body part names including breast, ovaries, womb, cervix, vagina & vulva.
Come and join in the fun doing as little or as much exercise as you can manage, whilst wearing as much pink and red as you can! Remember, any outfit goes!
Every penny you raise will help support individuals and families who need it from day one, raise awareness of symptoms, research cures and more effective treatments.
Come along to M:HUB Milnthorpe from 6 pm on Wednesday 9th October and have some fun whilst raising money for two worthy charities.
100-minute exercise class lead by Sam and Reuben
Doors from 6 pm and the class will begin at 6.30 pm
Raffle, Cakes, Cafe, Music, Dance and Exercise!
Donations of raffle prizes will be very gratefully received in advance, or on the night, but please let me know in advance if you can, thank you so much.
If you are an ace baker and fancy baking then please let me know if you can bake for us so I don't panic and try to bake a cake as you might have to eat it! ;-) I have already had some generous offers so we know there will be some yummy cakes!
There's something for everyone and you can do whatever you can manage from 10-100 minutes for £12 with proceeds shared between Breast Cancer Care and The Eve Appeal.
Wear your best/craziest pink and red outfit, so bring on the pink/red T-shirts, leggings and even tutu's, hair spray/wigs, flowers, hats, glitz and glitter! ;-)

Payments will be taken on the day & you can just turn up, but if you'd like to book in advance you can do so on GymCatch.com online, or the App, register with your name, email & a password, follow Fitness Dynamics and then find the event on the calendar and click to book.
