Service Description
A feel-good, low-impact fitness class that blends music, movement, and strength to support your full-body wellness and leave you smiling. Start with 20 minutes of SalsaFit and Line Dance routines to lift your heart rate and improve coordination, followed by 20 minutes of strength training using hand weights and resistance bands. We finish with gentle standing stretches — all without floor work or jumping. ✅ Boosts heart health, balance & coordination ✅ Builds strength and supports bone density ✅ Enhances mood, energy, posture & confidence ✅ Supports midlife & menopause wellness ✅ Adaptable for all levels ✅ Friendly, welcoming atmosphere Bring your own hand weights and resistance band — or borrow Sam’s in class until you’re ready to get your own. Water bottles also work to start.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policy If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the class start time, you will receive a credit back to the package or plan used, or you may reschedule into another available class. Credits for single-class bookings are applied manually. Please contact Sam at Fitness Dynamics if needed, or you may reschedule into another available class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or credit. How to cancel a class: Log in to the website or the Fit by Wix app, go to your profile area, and view your bookings. Select the class and click Cancel (this replaces the “Book” button once you’re booked in). If a class is full, you can join the waiting list via the app (not available on the website). If a space becomes available, you will be notified so you can book in. For any issues with cancellations or in the event of last-minute emergencies, please message Sam directly.
