Service Description
Festive Restorative Pilates – Candlelight Class 75 minutes • Usual class price • Earlier Start Time • All levels welcome This special festive session replaces the usual class and gives us a little extra time to slow down, stretch, and unwind before Christmas. We’ll focus on: gentle mobility fascia release slow Pilates flow extra breathwork a longer relaxation section The hall will be set with soft lights and candles to create a calm, cosy, festive atmosphere. You’re welcome to bring your own candle in a safe, non-spill container, plus a cushion or blanket if you’d like to get extra comfortable. Please bring: a mat a small ball or cushion a stretch band (or scarf/tights) a block or rolled towel optional: candle in a safe container, cushion, blanket This session is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to exercise. You can work at your own pace, with clear guidance throughout. Normal class price / one class credit applies. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session, you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sam at Fitness Dynamics. To cancel a class, go as if to book the service on the website or App, and instead of 'Book' you will see 'Cancel'. All your bookings are available to see in your profile area. For any problems with cancelling or last-minute emergencies, please message Sam.
