A fun, low-impact dance and strength class delivered live online — designed to boost your heart health, muscle tone, posture, and mood from the comfort of your home. We begin with 20 minutes of simple, feel-good SalsaFit and Line Dance routines, followed by 20 minutes of strength training using hand weights and resistance bands. Class finishes with gentle stretches to support recovery and flexibility. All moves are standing, with no floor work and no jumping — and Sam gives clear instructions with options for different levels throughout. This class is ideal for anyone wanting to stay active, build strength, and enjoy uplifting movement. Especially beneficial for women in midlife and beyond, but all are welcome! 🟩 What You’ll Need for Zoom Dance Strong Please bring: A pair of hand weights (or water bottles to start) A resistance band (or long scarf/belt) Water, and a safe space to move around If you’d like to buy your own dumbbells or bands, Sam can recommend good options or provide new or lightly used items. ✅ Before You Start Make sure your home space is clear and safe to move in. Check for pets, cables, rugs, or anything that could get in the way. No special shoes required — dance in socks, trainers, or barefoot if you prefer. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policy If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the class start time, you will receive a credit back to the package or plan used, or you may reschedule into another available class. Credits for single-class bookings are applied manually. Please contact Sam at Fitness Dynamics if needed, or you may reschedule into another available class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or credit. How to cancel a class: Log in to the website or the Fit by Wix app, go to your profile area, and view your bookings. Select the class and click Cancel (this replaces the “Book” button once you’re booked in). If a class is full, you can join the waiting list via the app (not available on the website). If a space becomes available, you will be notified so you can book in. For any issues with cancellations or in the event of last-minute emergencies, please message Sam directly.
