Service Description
Festive Restorative Pilates – Live Online Class 75 minutes • Earlier Start Time • Usual class price • All levels welcome Can’t make it to the hall? Join the same festive session live on Zoom. This longer class replaces the usual timetable and gives us extra time to move gently, slow down, and relax before Christmas. We’ll cover: gentle mobility fascia release slow Pilates flow extra breathwork a longer relaxation section I’ll be teaching with soft lights and candles to set a calm, festive tone. You’re welcome to create your own cosy space at home — fairy lights, a battery candle, or a real candle in a safe container if you choose. Completely optional. You’ll need: a mat a small ball or cushion a stretch band (or scarf/tights) a block or rolled towel optional: cushion, blanket, soft lighting Suitable for all levels. Clear guidance throughout, and you can work at your own pace. If you’re new to Zoom, I can help you get set up. Normal class price / one class credit applies. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session, you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sam at Fitness Dynamics. To cancel a class, go as if to book the service on the website or App, and instead of 'Book' you will see 'Cancel'. All your bookings are available to see in your profile area. For any problems with cancelling or last-minute emergencies, please message Sam.
