Join me live on Zoom for💪 LiftStrong – Monday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. Build strength, improve mobility, and support your health and confidence — especially through midlife and beyond. This full-body strength and stretch class is designed for women and men, mostly aged 40+ and uses low-impact, joint-friendly exercises to help you feel stronger and move more freely. We begin with a short active warm-up, followed by standing strength work using hand weights and resistance bands. Then we move to the mat (or use a chair, if preferred) for core-focused strength and full-body stretches to improve flexibility and ease tension. 🟪 What This Class Supports: ✅ Muscle strength & bone density ✅ Better posture, balance & joint health ✅ Core strength & back care ✅ Flexibility, mobility & tension relief ✅ Pelvic health & menopause support ✅ Healthy weight & body confidence ✅ Energy, vitality & everyday movement All exercises are adaptable, with options for all levels. You can use your own equipment — or start with water bottles until you're ready to invest in your own. LiftStrong is ideal if you want to feel more capable, move better, and age well — in a calm, supportive, and friendly class. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policy If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the class start time, you will receive a credit back to the package or plan used, or you may reschedule into another available class. Credits for single-class bookings are applied manually. Please contact Sam at Fitness Dynamics if needed, or you may reschedule into another available class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or credit. How to cancel a class: Log in to the website or the Fit by Wix app, go to your profile area, and view your bookings. Select the class and click Cancel (this replaces the “Book” button once you’re booked in). If a class is full, you can join the waiting list via the app (not available on the website). If a space becomes available, you will be notified so you can book in. For any issues with cancellations or in the event of last-minute emergencies, please message Sam directly.
