Service Description
Discover the benefits of this focused strength and stretch class designed to support your health, mobility, and confidence, especially in midlife and beyond. We start with a short, low-impact warm-up to gently raise your heart rate, followed by standing strength exercises using hand weights and resistance bands. Then we move to the mat for core work and full-body stretches to improve flexibility and ease tension. Benefits: - Builds muscle strength and bone density - Improves posture and balance - Enhances flexibility and joint mobility - Supports healthy weight and body confidence - Reduces stiffness, tension, and everyday aches - Boosts energy and vitality - Aids back care, core strength, and pelvic health - Supports midlife and menopause wellness All exercises are low-impact and joint-friendly, with options to suit your level. Men and women are welcome. You can bring your own equipment or start with water bottles and use my bands in class until you're ready to invest in your own. This class is ideal if you’re looking to feel stronger, stand taller, and move more freely — all in a calm, supportive environment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session, you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sam at Fitness Dynamics. To cancel a class, go as if to book the service on the website or App, and instead of 'Book' you will see 'Cancel'. All your bookings are available to see in your profile area. For any problems with cancelling or last-minute emergencies, please message Sam.
