This unique class combines Pilates core moves with applied clinical Myofascial principles, offering you a holistic approach to wellness. No matter your background or fitness level, this class is designed to cater to everyone. Whether you're a sedentary office worker, a long-distance fell runner, a golfer, a young mom, or enjoying retirement, I welcome you to join me on this path to self-improvement. In our sessions, we focus on the fascia lines that interconnect throughout your body. By activating each body line, including the deep and superficial back lines, the deep and superficial front lines, the deep and back arm lines, the back and front functional lines, and the lateral lines, we restore balance and harmony to your entire system. Together, we'll explore innovative techniques using prickle balls, foam rollers, and various stretches. Through compression, shearing, rebounding, and full-body movements, we'll create positive changes within your fascia. Dynamic, static, and pandiculation stretches will improve your movement patterns, posture, and alleviate discomfort such as hip, back, and leg pain. Worried about equipment? Don't be! I'm here to guide you on using everyday items you likely have at home. Grab a soft ball or cushion, a stretch band, scarf, or rope, and a block or rolled-up small towel - these ordinary objects will become your tools for wellness. If you're interested in purchasing new or gently used equipment, I'm happy to provide more details and assistance. No matter your ability or exercise experience, my classes are tailored to accommodate everyone. We prioritize joint mobilization, followed by stretching to a comfortable point that provides a good stretch without any discomfort or strain. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policy If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the class start time, you will receive a credit back to the package or plan used, or you may reschedule into another available class. Credits for single-class bookings are applied manually. Please contact Sam at Fitness Dynamics if needed, or you may reschedule into another available class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or credit. How to cancel a class: Log in to the website or the Fit by Wix app, go to your profile area, and view your bookings. Select the class and click Cancel (this replaces the “Book” button once you’re booked in). If a class is full, you can join the waiting list via the app (not available on the website). If a space becomes available, you will be notified so you can book in. For any issues with cancellations or in the event of last-minute emergencies, please message Sam directly.
