Service Description

Pilates tuition is available online for both one-off and occasional sessions and regular weekly sessions. Individuals, with a partner or small groups of up to four, even in different households, as Zoom links can be sent separately. I'm delighted to offer Pilates tuition in the comfort of your home. You can enjoy regular weekly sessions with me, and I have reduced rates for booking pre-paid sessions. I recommend booking a Pilates Personal Training (PT) session if you're new to Pilates. This one-on-one session will ensure you perform the exercises correctly, with proper alignment and technique. It's a fantastic way to gain confidence and understanding in the safe and effective execution of Pilates exercises tailored to your level. During the session, you'll learn the fundamental techniques of deep muscle control and focused breathing, which are the foundations of the Pilates method, along with precise and flowing movements. I will provide individualized tuition to help you progress quickly and tailor the program to your realistic needs and goals. Once you feel more confident, you can join a multi-level group Pilates class or Zoom class with enhanced self-assurance. Please note that any equipment used during the sessions is optional. However, for Trigger Point Pilates, you may need to provide or purchase a Foam roller, Prickle balls, Resistance band and Block/wedge/cushion for postural alignment. Using equipment such as the softball, resistance band, and stability roller will add further challenge and help improve your fitness. If desired, we can incorporate fascia release and trigger point work elements into your session or dedicate an entire session to Trigger Point Pilates. Personal tuition benefits beginners and advanced students alike, including athletes, office workers, and individuals with fascia restrictions in various joints, regardless of age or activity level. Pilates offers outstanding benefits such as improved posture, increased core/abdominal strength, reduced lower back and neck pain, enhanced spinal and joint mobility, muscular and psychological relaxation, increased flexibility (especially in the legs, back, chest, and shoulders), and improved Pilates technique. Please ensure you have a clear and safe space to exercise at home. Look for any hazards, including balls, pets, and uneven floors. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session, you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sam at Fitness Dynamics. To cancel a class, go as if to book the service on the website or App, and instead of 'Book' you will see 'Cancel'. All your bookings are available to see in your profile area. For any problems with cancelling or last-minute emergencies, please message Sam.
